What makes your office different from any other I can visit?

We invite all new patients an opportunity to meet our caring, professional Team in what we like to call a Care to Share visit. We will listen to your concerns and answer your questions. Through live photographs and printed materials we will share our education with you, empowering you to make beneficial oral health decisions.

How does your office keep up to date with current techniques and technology?

Our Team invests numerous hours in continuing education courses and seminars ensuring we remain up to date with the most recent dental advancements and technology. Caring for your overall dental needs and wellness means that we remain familiar with the most recent developments so that we can continue to provide quality dental services in a comfortable, harmonious environment.

Do you accept my insurance plan?

Our office understands the value of insurance benefits to our patients, therefore, we will be happy to assist you in filing your forms and ensuring you receive the maximum benefit reimbursements you are entitled.

What if I have an after hour emergency?

Our doctors are available for dental emergencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you have an after hour emergency, please phone our office for immediate assistance.

What different types of payment options does your office provide?

Our office accepts all major credit cards, cash and personal checks. We also offer finance free payment plans through Care Credit for those individuals requiring flexible arrangements. Our Financial Coordinator will be happy to assist you in making comfortable choices in order for you to receive the care you need.

What precautions do you use to ensure patient safety?

Your safety is considered in every aspect of treatment with us. We have a state-of-the-art sterilization center and our Team is well trained in the most current sanitation techniques. We naturally always wear gloves, use disposable supplies whenever possible, and steam/heat sterilize (autoclave) all instruments and handpieces. This is consistent with our goal of maintaining a ‘state-of-the-art’ dental practice in all regards.

At what age should my children first visit the dentist?

Typically, children visit our office for the first time at age 3. You’ll find that our Team has a considerable amount of experience with children, and know how to be especially gentle and considerate of their particular fears and concerns at any age.
